The bilingual poetry reading « No Pride in Genocide » hosted by Montreal Writers for Palestine will be presented at Bar Star Bar on August 5th, from 7 to 9pm(doors at 6:30pm). Bring all your friends to (re)discover the work of local queer writers while standing in solidarity with Palestine!

Montreal Writers for Palestine is an autonomous collective of writers based in Tiohtià:ke/Mooniyang who aim to challenge the complicity of Canadian cultural institutions in the occupation of Palestine, and to use their platform as artists to amplify and support anticolonial struggles.All attendees will have the chance of winning one of the book bundles raffled off during the event.

All proceeds will go to mutual aid in Palestine.
